Our historical parlour and pavilion are not only pleasant places to meet up and chat – they also offer a selection of tasty gastronomic delicacies. Using dedication and quality produce, together with cosmopolitan flair, our chef draws inspiration from both French and Austrian cuisine to produce surprising and innovative culinary creations. Even the simplest and most basic dishes are prepared with loving care.
Restaurant opening hours
Our restaurant is only open in the evening.
Starting at 18.00, our half board menu is also available to non-resident guests.
In summer (only when the weather is fine) our hotel garden is open from 15.00.
We offer coffee and cakes, refreshing drinks and ice cream.

Opening hours
Opening hours in winter: for breakfast and in the evening.(Closed lunchtime!)
Non-resident guests are also very welcome at breakfast. From 18.00 in the evening, you can enjoy our dinner menu, which changes daily.
You will be surprised!
In summer our restaurant is open daily from 15.00, except Tuesdays.
Our beautiful garden, far from the hustle and bustle, is the perfect place to linger.

Hotelier and head cook Guy Jourdain carries out his work with passion and to the very highest standards, with his cooking featuring exclusively fresh produce. Guy Jourdain places a lot of importance on simplicity and care in the preparation of his dishes, so that guests can enjoy his creations without any adverse consequences. Vegetarian dishes are also available, and any dietary intolerances are willingly accommodated.
Where possible we also offer our hotel guests tasty home-made produce such as jams, noodles, spreads, waffles.....

Fire pit
In our garden we have an original and unique fire pit, created by Andreas Reichlin. The philosophy is: using the fire pit, a piece of the philosophy of life will be shared, with conviviality and enjoyment taking pride of place.
